QB Care provides bookkeeping support, payroll support, digital marketing support, operational assistance, financial reporting assistance, and related business support services.
Services may vary depending on the selected plan, business requirements, and written agreements between QB Care and the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.
Clients are responsible for:
– Providing accurate business and financial information
– Maintaining access to necessary platforms and accounts
– Reviewing reports, deliverables, and communications
– Responding to requests in a timely manner
QB Care is not responsible for delays caused by missing or inaccurate information provided by the client.
4. Payments & Billing
All pricing is listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be processed through approved payment providers including Stripe and ACH transfer methods.
By submitting payment, you authorize QB Care to charge the agreed amount for selected services.
Invoices may include:
– Recurring service fees
– One-time setup fees
– Add-on services
– Custom project charges
Late or failed payments may result in service delays, suspension, or cancellation.
5. Refund Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund at any time before substantial service completion.

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
6. Independent Service Provider Notice
QB Care operates independently and provides third-party bookkeeping and business support services.
We do not claim ownership, partnership, or official representation of any third-party software providers, financial institutions, or accounting platforms unless explicitly stated.
Any references to third-party products, software, or trademarks are used solely for descriptive and compatibility purposes.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We value client privacy and confidentiality.
QB Care takes reasonable measures to protect client information and business data. Information shared with us will not be sold or intentionally disclosed to unauthorized third parties except:

– to perform agreed services,
– or with client authorization.
Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts and credentials.
8. Service Limitations
QB Care provides operational and support services only.
Unless explicitly stated in writing:
– we do not provide legal advice,
– investment advice,
– CPA representation,
– or licensed tax representation services.
Clients should consult licensed professionals where appropriate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QB Care and Quantum Business Care LLC shall not be liable for:
– indirect damages,
– lost profits,
– business interruption,
– or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services at any time through written notice.
Clients remain responsible for payment for completed or substantially completed services delivered prior to termination.
11. Modifications to Services or Terms
QB Care reserves the right to:
